Active Communities

Creating happy, healthy and active communities by putting the fun into health and fitness!

Community Pantry

Come along on a Wednesday and join our community pantry for discounted food and cookery classes to help budget and make tasty meals. Everyone welcome 10am-1pm

Create Youth Cafe

For High School aged children on Thursdays 6.30pm-8pm. All kinds of activities and fun. Meet new friends and learn new things

Fitness Connections

Exercise group for all abilities as you can go at your own pace. Wed 5.30pm-6.15pm

Friday Feel Good Drop in

Come along for a chat and a cuppa. Open to everyone on a Friday 10am-12noon for socialising and support/advice. From 10.45am you can join in with a crochet group at the drop in.

Growing More Gardening Group

In partnership with ROAR Connections for Life - Meets Thursdays at 11am. All welcome to come and socialise, garden and share knowledge.

Jogging Buddies

Meets Tuesdays 6.30pm for all ages and abilities

Jogging Buddies

Slow 5k jog for all ages meets on a Saturday at 10am

Meets Tuesdays for all ages and abilities at 12.30pm and Thursdays at 6.30pm

Meets Wednesdays at 7pm for a slow 5k jog

Men Meet

In partnership with ROAR Connections for life this is a space for men of all ages to come and meet to socialise and learn new activities. Meets Mondays 6-8pm

Mindful Mondays

Meets Mondays at 1-1.30pm to relax and chat - everyone is made welcome. see FB for more info

Music Cafe

In partnership with Brick Lane come along on Wednesdays 11.30am-1.30pm. Enjoy a cuppa and snacks and chat while enjoying music.

Musical Tots

In partnership with brick lane music this is a group for babies toddlers and their carers to enjoy music and sing along. Meets Mondays at 9.30am-10.30am

Pilates

Meets Wed 6.30pm-7.15pm. The exercises are designed to increase muscle strength and endurance, as well as flexibility and to improve posture and balance.

Walking Buddies

Walking group for all ages and abilities. Meets at Johnstone Train station bus stop at 6pm on Thursdays

Walking Buddies

Walks for all ages and abilities. Meets at 10am, 10.15am and 11.30am on Tuesdays

Womens Breakfast club

Meets Thursdays 9.15am-10.30am for socialising, breakfast and support.
