Offering a wide range of personal training and group training sessions suitable for all ages and ability levels. Our aim is to make fitness as enjoyable as possible within a community based atmosphere.You won’t find any treadmills in here!
Our Gym is also available for membership, so you can come down and train in a chilled atmosphere stocked with all the high quality training equipment you'll ever need. Guided by our expert personal trainers you'll workout, have fun and work up a kick ass sweat!
