Crossroads Young Carers Cowal & Bute provides a range of supports to Young Carers aged 5 to 24 years throughout Cowal & Bute.
Young carers maybe caring for a Parent, Step parent, Sibling, Grandparent for a range of needs, such as; Long term Illness, Disability, Mental Ill Health, Substance Misuse.
We provide a range of supports which include: advocacy, after school groups, holiday activities, one to ones, school drop ins, signposting & information, young carers statements
Our service aims to support young carers in accessing opportunities, a break from caring and meet new friends.
