Granite City Fitness is the most exciting fitness class to arrive in Aberdeen for decades. We are a mixed-ability fitness class comprising three different ability groups to enable us to effectively cater for all abilities:
The reps, duration of exercise, distance covered, weight of kit used, and complexity of exercise are just some of the ways which we differentiate between our groups to ensure everyone can manage the class, yet everyone gets a fun and effective workout.
We often have more than one instructor taking the classes, breaking down groups to provide a much more personal approach. Our trainers have been teaching fitness classes and personal training in Aberdeen and around Scotland for over two decades between them. They are extremely experienced and possess a strong attention to detail for technique and variety between abilities. They love to use lots of kit, keeping you on your toes with fresh and varied classes which are never the same twice.
