Networks of Wellbeing (NoW) is a Huntly based Mental Health and Wellbeing Charity which offers a person-centred service based on the 5 Steps to Wellbeing.
NoW services include:
Chilling Women (aromatherapy)
Counselling (for people aged 11 and over, no upper age limit). NoW is an organisational member of COSCA and our counsellors are members of COSCA and/or BACP
Dementia support for those living with dementia
Jogging groups (Jog Scotland affiliated)
Menopause Cafe
Mindfulness sessions
Monthly Tea Party
Peer Support
Relaxation - Dru Yoga
Veterans Support
