Pet Fostering Service Scotland

Pet Fostering Service Scotland (PFSS) provides care in the homes of volunteer fosterers for pets whose owners are in an emergency situation and are temporarily unable to care for them. Our fosterers give a temporary home to a pet, taking responsibility for its care, feeding and exercise, giving it a 'home from home' until it can be returned to its owner.
