A confidential service for people whose adverse life circumstances have affected their mental wellbeing.

Wellbeing Scotland work with people whose adverse life circumstances have had an impact on their wellbeing. They provide confidential specialist support to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by childhood abuse or trauma. They have specialist mental health services. We work with people of all ages. Our services are available throughout Scotland with community based workers.

We offer a holistic service including counselling, family support, groupwork, befriending services, complementary therapies, advocacy support, EMDR, art therapy, writing therapy, play therapy and psychodrama. We offer training on trauma, childhood abuse, sexual exploitation, wellbeing and self care, vicarious trauma, mental wellbeing and ACEs. Our workers are all trained therapists. We can offer support face to face, online, by phone/ text and by email.

We work across Scotland with premises across the central belt and outreach in other areas.
