We are no longer seeing any clients face to face, but we are offering one to one remote physiotherapy consultations via a range of platforms. We are also offering some online exercise classes. please get in touch for more details.

Private physiotherapy clinic, working closely with several third sector organisations to provide a wide range of one to one physiotherapy and exercise classes for people with long term conditions.

We can provide free one to one physiotherapy and subsidised exercise classes for people with MS (funded by the Shetland MS Society).

We can provide free exercise classes for people with Parkinson's (funded by Parkinson's Shetland).

Core 4 Online Exercise Class

This is a Claimed service

Our Core 4 online exercise class is a man stream physiotherapy-led class comprising 30 minutes of Pilates followed by 30 minutes of aerobics, strengthening, balance and stretching.

Free Online Core 3 Exercise Class for People with Multiple Sclerosis or Stroke

This is a Claimed service

Free physiotherapy led exercise classes tailored to the needs of people with MS or stroke who live in Shetland. Includes a free one to one assessment before joining the group.

Free Online Exercise Service for People with Parkinson's

This is a Claimed service

Free Physiotherapy led online exercise class for people with Parkinson's living in Shetland. For those unable to attend the group sessions, an alternative of three one-to-one appointments is offered.

Free Physiotherapy for People with Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

Our free physiotherapy service is provided by an experienced specialist neurophysiotherapist, and funded by the Shetland MS Society, for people with MS living in Shetland.
