ADAPT is the main drug and alcohol triage service in Fife. It provides an assessment of need and referral to specialist drug and alcohol services within the NHS and Third Sector.ADAPT also provides information, advice and brief help for alcohol and/or drug use. Anyone requiring more intensive help can be guided and supported towards ADAPT counselling and other services.

We also provide advice and counselling for carers of people suffering from substance misuse.
