Health in Mind - South East Counselling

This service offers counselling, up to 12 sessions for people aged 18 years and over, living in the South East area of Edinburgh. You can self refer or be referred by someone else.

To support people who use our South East Counselling service during this time, we are currently offering telephone counselling sessions. This option isn’t suitable for everyone, and some people have opted to put their counselling on hold until face to face counselling is available but to give clients further options, we are also offering video counselling.

All new clients who are ready to start counselling will be offered telephone or video counselling until face to face counselling resumes.
