Adpative Yoga classes
by Yogable Claimed
Yoga classes directed at people living with mobility issues due to age or paralysis, amputation, spinal injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, cerebral palsy etc.
Specialist yoga classes open to all types of children with special needs such as autism, cerebral palsy, physical and sensory impairments, learning difficulties, Down’s Syndrome, and mental health conditions.
All Yoga postures and movements are adapted with the use of props and assistants to provide the practitioner the experience of the posture, no matter their situation, condition or lack of confidence.
There is no need to be able to get up and down from the floor, and all venues are wheelchair accessible. The classes include physical movement for those who can, breathing exercises and guided relaxation.
We have classes online and in person in Ayr and Stair and are available for outreach at your organisation or community, either on a regular basis or as a one-off session.
