Our Cycle Group meets each Tuesday at 1pm-3pm. We partake in local cycle routes, using cycle paths as much as possible. Bikes are provided by Caledonia and all participants must wear helmets and high vis vests.
Cycling is mainly an aerobic activity, which means that your heart, blood vessels and lungs all get a workout. You will breathe deeper, perspire and experience increased body temperature, which will improve your overall fitness level.
