Our FREE weekly YoGlasgow! chair yoga class runs every Friday 10-11am helps improve physical, mental and social wellbeing. The aim of our classes are to restore health to individuals so that they can manage their own wellbeing and reduce their reliance on medication and visits to the doctor. The class is open to all abilities especially if you would like to do yoga but can’t get up and down onto floor.
It provides a practical way to restore and maintain wellbeing. You don’t need any special equipment, clothing or particular gym or studio – just a friendly, welcoming space with the teacher Mick to guide you. Donations for this class are welcome!
