Computing for the 3rd Age Group

The group meets monthly on 2nd Wednesday of each month, 2-4p.m. and focuses on various desktops and laptops using the Windows operating systems - 7.8, 8.1 & 10 and is designed to meet the practical needs of members. It will include a brief introduction on how computers work and explore topics such as the internet and safe surfing; 'housekeeping', removing junk; MS Office and similar programs - word processing and simple spreadsheets; downloading useful 'freebies' and other interests of members.

To join this group you need to be a member of Falkirk & District U3A. You can join at one of the monthly meetings, and even if you are not a member you can still come to a couple of meetings to find out about us.
