Counselling

by The Dumbarton Area Council On Alcohol

Staff and volunteers provide one-to-one counselling for clients with an alcohol-related problem, also for their partners and family members.

The aims of counselling are:

Help people to define their goals
Provide an insight into their problems
Develop problem solving skills
Support

Each individual who attends will complete at least one session with a counsellor and together they will agree what services DACA can offer to help them reach their goals.
