A Stroke Association support group providing weekly exercise and social contact for stroke survivors in Deeside.
Two groups meet as follows:
- Aboyne on Mondays at 10.30 am in Aboyne
- Banchory meets on Mondays at 2pm in the Deeside Dance Studio
The group meets weekly for exercise and also offers the opportunity to try out the local gym with a qualified physiotherapist
There is an opportunity to have tea/coffee and the class.
The group also provides communication support and there are also occasional social activities.
There is parking available at both venues.
