These mindful relaxation classes are for anyone who wants to experience a greater sense of relaxation and well-being in their every day lives. The classes take place in an informal setting and are not aligned to any particular religion.
Mindful relaxation is a process of self-discovery; a process of diving within yourself to find a greater inner strength, greater self awareness and self-confidence, better health, emotional and mental harmony. It is a form of stress management, a process of recognising and transforming negative thoughts via various relaxation and breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness exercises.
