At Flourish House we help people every day to realise goals they hadn't begun thinking about, in things they never thought they could do. Employment is one of the main things we do here and we do it well, supporting members and engaging with employers who are committed not just to doing great work but to helping creative, energetic people find it.
Transitional Employment Placements, or TEPs, which pay living wage for 6-16 hours per week, in placements lasting between 6 and 9 months. These give people an opportunity to get used to the demands of work and gain confidence in new areas.
