Edinburgh Parkinson's Yoga

Meets on-line every Tuesday 4-5pm via Zoom until further notice.
Specifically adapted for people with Parkinson's.
This style of yoga is movement-based. We focus on improving your range of movement (in particular in the back, shoulders, hips, and backs of the legs), improving muscle tone, developing better breathing habits, reducing stress levels, and generally giving you a good stretch.
