The Employability Fund service supports young people aged 16-24 and also those unemployed people who are over 25 who wish to gain full time employment, progress to a modern apprenticeship or to move into further education.
We focus on supporting people to identify and remove any barriers to work and prepare for employment. There are five stages to the Employability Fund’s services, this programme is a stage two and three programme.
All training programmes will support you to understand what different types of employer are looking for. This will give you knowledge, understanding, employability and core skills to help you progress towards a job. Every person will have the opportunity to develop their own Individual Training Plan which will be agreed and reviewed on a regular basis with your key staff member.
