Join in a regular chair-based exercise class every Friday at 10:30am (arrive anytime between 10 & 10:30). Get fitter, have fun and meet new people.
Chair based, using hand weights, bands and other exercise equipment, this is a gentle exercise session suitable even if you have health issues.
