Gardening Group

by Wellbeing Works, Dundee Claimed

The Gardening group takes place at our allotments on the Dundee Law on Tuesday afternoons from 1.00pm till 4.00 pm with reduced running times in the winter.

The Law gives a stunning view across to Fife and is incredibly peaceful. The layout consists of two adjacent allotments, one of which is kept as a garden area with grass, borders, benches, a greenhouse, a barked area and a soft fruit enclosure. The other allotment has been partitioned off in to individual plots so that members can have their own areas to grow whatever they fancy. All tools are provided as is tea and coffee.

People wishing to come along to our Support Services must have an existing mental health problem and be over 18 years old and a referral from e.g. a GP or Mental Health Team is required.
