Girls’ Get Fit Get Fed
This girls’ sports and wellbeing group runs on a Friday evening primarily focusing on the holistic wellbeing of young women aged from 10 to 16 years, within the community.
Activities during the session include boxercise, circuit training and relevant sport games. This will also include a healthy snack after the session.
Friday's from 6pm - 8pm.
