Guided Forest Bathing

Forest Bathing is a practice of walking slowly and leisurely through the woods or forest, immersing yourself in the natural environment and mindfully using all your five senses. It is a health-promoting nature-connection practice that aims to enhance wellbeing and receive stress, anxiety and depression. It has also ben shown to improve concentration and short-term memory, and reduce the symptoms of ADHD.
Research also suggests that Forest Bathing can lead to improvements in pulse rate and blood pressure, and whilst it isn’t meant to be an aerobic activity, it can still offer these benefits for those who struggle with regular physical activity due to musculoskeletal conditions such as Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.
