Gymnasium

The main area within our Health & Leisure Centre is a large fully equipped gymnasium which is stocked with a wide range of equipment to suit all ages, size, shape or ability. Having recently being fitted with modern TV and Audio equipment, the gym boasts a relaxed atmosphere where customers can take enjoy the comfort and surroundings of a facility geared towards meeting the fitness needs of our customers.

The main gym consists of a range of equipment which includes:

Free Weights
Resistance Equipment
CardioVascular Equipment
Hydraulic Equipment
