Hatha Yoga is suitable for all ages and abilities come along and give it a try. Balance body, breath, mind and spirit through the practice of Yoga Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath control) and Relaxation.
Weekly classes are run by a fully trained Yoga Instructor on Wednesdays for General (beginners welcome) from 6.15pm - 7.15pm and Intermediates from 7.30pm - 9.00pm.
