Health in Mind - Peer Support and Befriending
This is a Claimed service
Our West Lothian peer support and befriending service helps to create social networks to reduce loneliness and isolation and offers peer support groups too.
People are supported to build confidence, meet new people and connect into local groups and activities.
Support and Development Workers recruit, train and support peers and volunteers as well as supporting those using the service. They also enable and support peer groups in the wider community. You can self-refer or be referred by someone else. Forms are available on the service website.
