Health in Mind - Resolve Counselling

Resolve Counselling is available to all adults in Scotland. Sessions cost £50 for a 1 hour appointment. Resolve is a social enterprise so your contribution goes straight back into our mental health and wellbeing charity, Health in Mind.

All of our counsellors are fully qualified and carefully recruited. They are registered with either the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA) or United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) ethical framework.

To keep supporting people who use our Resolve service during COVID-19, we are now offering telephone and video counselling. We understand that this isn’t suitable for everyone, and some people have opted to put their counselling on hold until face to face counselling is available.

All new clients who are ready to start counselling will be offered telephone or video counselling until face to face counselling resumes.
