Information service for famillies of Children with Additional Suppport Needs
Examples of the kind of help we offer:
• Understanding your rights and the rights of your child(ren) e.g. accessing assessments and additional support in school, how the Child’s Plan process works.
• Up-to-date information on services in Highland e.g. what support services and groups are available.
• Information guides e.g. our Parent Information Pack will tell you about the professionals you may come into contact with, sources of information and support etc.
• Workshops and information sessions to help parents build support networks.
When can the service be accessed?
We’re generally open office hours. We’re a busy service with a small staff team but there is always an answerphone on if we’re not able to take a call so please leave a message with your contact details. You can also contact us via email.
