The group provides support to anyone who wants to improve their fitness through jogging. We help members to gradually progress through specific programmes to increase their ability to jog and run for longer. The emphasis is on fun and our group is very friendly. We enjoy sociable running and make sure there is a qualified leader with each group from absolute beginners through to those training for races. We cannot accept people under 16 years.
