Ladies support group is for anyone (over the age of 18) suffering from a range of mental health conditions such as depression, stress, anxiety, bipolar disorder, social anxiety, personality disorders, self-harming or mood swings, to name just a few. If you are suffering from any form of mental illness or you are supporting someone with a mental health condition you are very welcome to attend our meetings.
