Sometimes things can just become very over- whelming and you just need someone to talk to.

Our “Listening Ear” service or “Active Listening” as it is also known is an opportunity to talk for 20 mins.

Listening Ear is provided by a trained member of staff who will listen to you in a non judgmental way, it is about really listening and hearing you and your feelings which may be anger, hurt, joy.

Everything shared is in confidence. We don’t offer solutions or advice and through active listening the solutions can usually be found from within you.

Everybody needs support from time to time.

Must be booked in advance

Listening Ear Appointments are available via telephone and virtual consultation (computer).
