These informal sessions are with one of our in house trained listeners and are for people who need to share whatever challenges they are facing. These sessions are not to give advice but to offer a listening, supportive and empathetic ear. On occasions we may offer signposting to more suitable services depending on the issues raised.
No advance booking required. Our Listening Ear sessions can be requested in the Agape Wellbeing Centre between the hours of 1pm and 2:15pm Wednesday to Friday
This services can be offered via telephone or in person.
