Living Well with Arthritis aims to give people living with arthritis or long-term conditions the opportunity to access activities such as Health Walks, Tai chi for Arthritis, relaxation techniques and meet as a community based, volunteer led, informal support group. Self-management is the foundation of Versus Arthritis' workshops and courses. Delivered throughout Scotland by fully trained volunteers with arthritis.
