We offer a variety of services designed to promote positive mental health and wellbeing, including counselling, workshops, groups and individual mental health support sessions.
Mental health is important to all of us. You do not need to have a diagnosis of mental ill health to access any of our services. Mental Health support is a key focus for LGBT Health as the social hostility, stigma and discrimination sometimes faced by LGBT people can have a negative impact on our mental health and wellbeing.
All our services are confidential and offered free of charge, although we welcome donations.
- Individual support
In taking care of ourselves amongst the complex challenges LGBTQI folks can face, talking can really help. We offer one-to-one support for just that. These are meetings for anyone who would like to chat about what’s going on for them around their LGBTQI identity and/or mental health and look at what things might be helpful. For some, this might be a one-off meeting where you can find out more about the services and events available that might best meet your needs. Others might meet a number of times for support.

- Social events:
We offer a rolling programme of social events which aim to promote positive mental health and emotional wellbeing of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people, including those questioning their sexual orientation or gender identity. Every 1st Monday of the month | 6-8.30pm
At the Flourish House, 25 Ashley Street, G3 6DR, Glasgow
A friendly monthly meetup. Come have a cuppa, meet new people, find out what’s on, do a creative activity, it’s up to you. The second hour has an optional activity, for example, a discussion, a new relaxation technique, an info session. Come every time or just drop in.
