There are times in our lives when we can feel stuck in a rut or held back by old unhelpful habits such as; negative thinking, comfort eating, worrying, trying to control everything, feeling helpless, over-working, living in constant anxiety, these can all lead to unnecessary stress and unhappiness.
Mindfulness trains us to notice the unhelpful habits that run our lives and to accept that is what's happening. Once we notice and accept what's happening we then have the power to change. We learn to let unhelpful habits go removing the barriers that stop us reaching our true potential...
