Mindfulness is aimed at anyone who wishes to learn how to relax their mind and is based on the ancient Buddhist technique of meditation. Each session will run for 30-45 minutes and is chair based, thereby suitable for all levels of mobility. The leader will teach you to train your mind to remain 'in the present' and not be distracted by other thoughts.
