One-to-one mentoring is provided for education, employment and personal development. A qualified, experienced and trained volunteer mentor is assigned to a mentee to provide support (for up to six months) 2 to 3 hours per week, for the mentee to achieve employment, access further education, improved English language skills, self-confidence, self-esteem and signposting to other services.
