Playlist for Life - personal music for dementia

by Culture Perth and Kinross Claimed

The AK Bell Library hosts a Playlist for Life Information Hub from 1.30-3.30pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month.

Scientific research shows that listening to a personal playlist can make living with dementia easier and happier so Playlist for Life want everyone with dementia to have a unique, personal playlist and everyone who loves or cares for them know how to use it.

Volunteers help carers explore the music, discuss and demonstrate the different devices that can be used for a Playlist for Life and assist with the download of the music from website.
