Primary Care Mental Health Team
The Primary Care Mental Health Team provides help for people experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems such as anxiety, depression and stress. Support includes self-help advice, self-management materials, and individual therapy.
People can self-refer to this service. The team will initially carry out a telephone assessment. during which they may advise you of services that can help and we will explain more about the options available within the service.
