Telephone advice service for people across Scotland looking for advice and information on refugee and asylum issues. Service can help with:
Signposting to relevant organisations throughout Scotland
Advising on rights and entitlements
Responding effectively to agencies looking for second-tier advice
Providing advice to non-English speakers via interpreters
This service is for anyone in Scotland who is still in the asylum system or has received some form of leave to remain. It is also for people from agencies that work with refugees and people seeking asylum, for example, social work teams, the NHS and housing officers.
