Our goal is to empower older adults through mental well-being and physical ability, so they can stay active, independent and in-charge!

We run a variety of local services including Befriending, Stay Mobile Stay Connected (Frailty Prevention), Health & Wellbeing Clubs, Digital Support and Roar Do Feet (toenail trimming).
