Seated Exercise Class
Chair based exercises for the over 50’s to improve fitness.
This class is for older people who do exercise seated on a chair.
It is a happy social class for everyone to enjoy exercising to music together.
The aim is to help people maintain mobility so that they can use their limbs to their best of their ability in order to stay independent.
