Weekly, free class from The Scottish Centre for Personal Safety. Instructor David, is blind and provides hints and tips for keeping yourself safe as well as practical examples of how to get away should you feel threatened or someone becomes aggressive, including stopping someone grabbing your clothing or hands and how to use hat is around you to your advantage. Importantly, the course also covers the law, what you can and can't do to protect yourself, your property and other people.

Class takes place Friday at 2pm. Class is free to attend.
