With the help of a trained walk leader and in partnership with mental health project 'Shirley's space', this project offers a weekly health walk on a Thursday afternoon from the community/ medical hub in Crimond. The walk begins at 2pm, meeting outside the hub, and lasts approximately one hour. Our walks are open to anyone looking to improve their mental health and wellbeing, by joining us for a social, friendly walk.
