Spin is an aerobic-based indoor cycling class that helps to improve cardiovascular endurance.
Spin classes can range between 30, 45 and 60 minutes and in intensity.
Spin and Abs is usually a 30-minute cycle followed by 15 minutes of core work.
One Club members can book classes 8 days in advance. Pay as You Go members can book classes 6 days in advance.
Currently Mondays at 18:15-18:45 and Thursdays at 8:55-09:25 - both at the GSP café area.
