With low and high intensity options, you can tailor your class choices to your fitness goals. Our motivational fitness instructors will help you to feel energized, confident, proud of yourself and ready to take on anything. Please see below for the class timetable and booking links.
Spinning classes are available on;
Monday - 6-6:45 pm
Wednesday - 6-6:45 pm
Thursday 8-9 pm.
