Steps into Wellness - The Clachan Project
"Steps into Wellness" Programme called "The Clachan", supporting people with long terms health issues. 12 week programmes designed around the participants themselves. The Clachan programme, with feedback from participants, assesses the tools and techniques most likely to benefit the participants and then teaches these skills. Therapies include a variety of complementary approaches to reduce stress and improve wellbeing.
