Support for Families

Domestic Abuse can have a huge impact not just on individuals but the family unit itself. The Glasgow East Women's Aid (GEWA) family service works with women and children in a variety of different ways, we offer:

The project works on a needs-led basis, where families are referred by social work, health, education, police, other voluntary organisations and within GEWA itself. Service users would like support in addressing the way domestic abuse has affected their family can also self-refer or come to the drop-in and a member of staff will help you fill in the referral.
