Tai Chi
A series of slow, controlled movements developing strength, balance and posture.
Active Adults fitness classes are ideally suited for over 50's health – but all adults aged 16yrs+ are also welcome to attend.
Classes take place weekly on Mondays, from 12.30pm to 1.30pm.
